Lesson Cancellation/Make-up Lesson Policy
• Cancellations by Student: The Student may cancel and make-up one (1) lesson per semester provided that notice is given by 9:00 AM on the day of the lesson. Make-up lessons shall be conducted during the make-up lesson week as designated by the Studio. Lessons may be rescheduled outside of the make-up lesson policy by individual agreement between the Studio and Family.
• Forfeited Lesson Fees: Students who cancel after 9:00 AM on the day of the lesson shall forfeit their lesson time slot, fee, and will not be offered a make-up or rescheduled lesson time
• Cancellations by Studio: In the event the Studio cancels a lesson, the Student may choose to (a) reschedule said lesson within two (2) weeks or, (b) receive a credit toward the next month’s invoice.
